Rename a Topic and Keep Its Tracking History

Intelligence

Now available for all Conductor Intelligence users

Keep topic names accurate as your tracking evolves, without giving up the history behind them. You can now rename any topic you track in AI Search Performance, and the new name applies to every version of that topic across each search engine and location where it’s tracked. Open the Topics tab, select the three-dot menu next to a topic, and choose Edit Name.Learn more about managing topics in the AI Search Setup article.

Focus on the Alerts That Matter Most

Monitoring

Now available for all Conductor Monitoring users

Focus your team on the website changes that carry real risk. Related alerts are now grouped into incidents, classified by priority and impact, and tracked through to resolution with clear ownership—so your queue reflects what is still open. You can also set a priority level on each alert definition to control how often you hear about it:

Existing alert definitions start at High, and Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications continue to arrive immediately at every priority level. A new content length alert adds another signal: Conductor Monitoring tracks the word count in a page’s main content and notifies you when it shifts past a sensitivity threshold you set, from 1% to 100%, as long as the change is at least five words.Learn more about alert configuration in the Configuring Alerts article.

Build More Flexible Page Groups, All in One Place

Intelligence

Now available for all Conductor Intelligence users

Organize your Pages data around how your team actually works, without switching between separate group types. Page Groups now supports one flexible group type built from rules, hand-picked pages, or both—so you can capture a campaign, product line, or content area exactly as you define it. Preview the pages a group will include before you save it. Then use it to filter data in any report where page groups are supported.Learn more about creating page groups in the Page Groups Setup article.

September 3, 2026

Connect Page Changes to the Performance Shifts They Drive

Intelligence

Now available for all Conductor Intelligence users

Draw a clear line between the work your team does and the results that follow. The Pages That Changed widget in the Pages report tracks title, header, canonical, redirect, and other technical changes over time, broken down by change type, so you can see how much of your site is shifting and what’s driving it. Click Explore to see the individual URLs behind a change and compare each page’s performance before and after.Learn more about the Pages That Changed widget in the Pages report article.

See Which AI and Search Bots Are Crawling Your Pages

Intelligence

Now available for all Conductor Intelligence users

Know whether the crawlers you care about—AI or traditional search—are reaching your content, and where crawl activity is rising or falling. The Bot Visits widget in the Pages report shows how often search engine and AI bots visit your pages, based on your server log files, broken down by Bot Type or by Operator (Anthropic, Bing, Google, OpenAI, Perplexity, and more). Click Explore to see bot visits for every URL and find the pages crawlers are hitting hardest—or ignoring.Bot visit data is integrated from your log file provider. Conductor Intelligence supports:

Learn more about the Bot Visits widget in the Pages report article. You’ll find links to the integration setup guides there as well.

See When Anthropic and Meta Crawlers Visit Your Pages

Monitoring

Now available for all Conductor Monitoring Enterprise users

Know which AI crawlers are reaching your most important pages, and which ones aren’t. Log File Analysis now tracks visits from Anthropic and Meta alongside Google, Bing, OpenAI, and Perplexity, following the same Bot, User, and Search classification as the crawlers you already track.Learn more about crawler tracking in the Log File Analysis article.

Get Alerted When a Page's Main Content Changes

Monitoring

Now available for all Conductor Monitoring users

Stay on top of the edits that matter most on your key pages. A new alert monitors changes to a page’s main content and notifies you when a change crosses a sensitivity threshold you set, anywhere from 1% to 100% and at least five words. Set it up on the Alerts definitions screen alongside your other alert types. The alert reads the content inside a page’s <main> element, so pages without that structure aren’t covered.Learn more about alert types and sensitivity in the Configuring Alerts article.

See the Fan Out Queries Behind Every AI Answer
